Experience the "Internal Journey" of the Holmes Road Warehouse Takeover. Forget everything you know about a standard night at the pub. This May, the Moonee Ponds Food & Wine Walk is going off-piste. We are taking over every corner of the iconic Holmes Hall for a specialized "Vertical Takeover" that moves you through three distinct sessions of food, drink, and headline entertainment. We aren’t just sitting down for dinner—we’re taking you on a journey through the different souls of this 1,000sqm industrial space. From the acoustic-lit Front Bar to the neon energy of the Brewery Floor, this is a progressive dining experience designed to showcase the best of the Holmes Road precinct.

🍷 STOP 1: THE WELCOME & ENTRÉE | VIA MONTE PIZZERIA (5:30 PM) Kick off the evening with a warm welcome and connect with your fellow food lovers as you complete check-in at the door.

  • The Taste: Authentically prepared entry bite paired perfectly with a refreshing arrival drink.

🍽️ STOP 2 or 3: THE FIRST MAIN | GIORGIO’S CASA  We take a short stroll to one of the precinct’s newest hidden culinary gems to experience their kitchen team in action.

  • The Taste: A signature Italian main course tasting plate. (Note: A full cash/card bar is available for additional beverage purchases at this stop).

🥩 STOP 3/2: THE SECOND MAIN | PHILHELLENE  We transition down the road to a neighbourhood institution for a masterclass in traditional hospitality.

  • The Taste: An acclaimed traditional Greek main course tasting portion. (Note: A full cash/card bar is available for additional beverage purchases at this stop).

🍧 STOP 4: THE DESSERT FINALE | TAKSIM SQUARE We head to our final destination of the night for a decadent, theatrical sweet conclusion.

  • The Taste: A premium dessert selection paired beautifully with a curated finale cocktail or specialty drink.

What’s Included?

Your ticket includes a 4-Course Progressive Tasting Menu and two premium beverage pairings (served at Stop 1 and Stop 4).
