What You’ll Need:
- For your $150+ claim (Form 1): receipt showing $150+ in one transaction; your name, email and phone number; the business name and amount spent; your postcode; your bank details (account name, BSB, account number).
- For your bonus entry (Form 2): receipt showing $20+ spend at a Moonee Ponds business; your name and the same email address used on Form 1; the business name and amount spent.
Important:The campaign runs until the $10,000 cashback pool is exhausted — get in early!
Terms and Conditions
- Campaign period: Runs until the $10,000 promotional cashback fund is exhausted.
- Eligibility: Open to Victorian residents aged 18 and over. Spend $150 or more in a single transaction at any participating Moonee Ponds business.
- Cashback reward: Receive $20 per valid receipt, paid by EFT to the bank account nominated on the claim form. Please allow up to 10 business days from submission.
- Claim limit: Limited to one cashback claim per person for the duration of the campaign.
- Entry method: Submit your claim online using the forms on this page or by scanning the in-store QR code.
- Required information: Receipt photo, name, email address, phone number, bank details for EFT, business name, amount spent and postcode.
- Exclusions: Excludes spending at Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and Aldi supermarkets. Receipts must be dated within the campaign period.
- Campaign limit: The campaign concludes once the $10,000 cashback fund is fully exhausted. Claims submitted after the fund has been exhausted cannot be honoured.
- Winter Precinct Prize Draw: Entry is available through Form 2 only. You must upload a receipt showing a spend of $20 or more at a participating Moonee Ponds business after receiving your cashback. Submitting Form 1 does not constitute an entry into the prize draw.
- Prize: One prize comprising dinner for two at Saros, one night’s accommodation at The Sebel Moonee Ponds, a $50 dining voucher and a $50 Woolworths voucher. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Bookings are subject to availability.
- Draw details: The winner will be notified by email and announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Form 2 closing date: Bonus receipts must be submitted including where the cashback fund has already been exhausted.
- Banking details: Entrants are responsible for providing accurate banking details. Moonee Ponds Traders is not liable for payments that are misdirected or returned due to incorrect information supplied.
- Privacy: Personal and banking information is collected solely to process cashback payments and prize draw entries. Information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. Banking data will be deleted once payment is complete.
