Moonee Ponds App Promotion 2022 Terms and Conditions/Instructions

Promoter Information: The Moonee Ponds Free Coffee App promotion is brought to you by the Moonee Ponds Traders Association. Participation in this program is subject to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

Program Terms Conditions:  

1. Only one Free coffee per person.
2. The Free coffee is only available for people who have downloaded the app.
3. The coffee is only valid in person.
4. You must show proof of App sign up to receive the Free coffee.
5. You cannot swap the Free coffee for cash.
6. The Free coffee is not transferable.
7. The Free coffee is only valid at Sir Duke Café, 97-99 Puckle St, Moonee Ponds.
8. Offer is only valid till Friday 30 September, 5pm.
9. By participating in the App promotion, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined above.
10. The Moonee Ponds Traders Association reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
11. The Moonee Ponds Traders Association can vary or replace these terms and conditions at any time.
